The Website provides general information about the Academy, its courses and services. Information on the Website is provided for general guidance and may be updated, changed or removed at any time.
Submitting a contact form, sending an email, using WhatsApp, or registering interest does not automatically create a student enrolment, guarantee a place on a course, or form a binding agreement with the Academy.
A student place is confirmed only after the Academy has accepted the registration and, where applicable, received the required payment or deposit.
Course descriptions, levels, dates, schedules, teachers, prices, duration, locations and places are subject to availability and may change where reasonably necessary.
The Academy may:
Change the timetable, course location, teaching method or assigned instructor.
Combine, postpone or cancel a course if there are insufficient registrations, safety concerns, operational circumstances or other reasonable grounds.
Offer an alternative class, rescheduled date, credit or refund where appropriate, in accordance with the Academy’s confirmed refund policy.
Refuse or cancel an enrolment where information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or where participation may not be suitable for the learner’s level or needs.
The Academy will make reasonable efforts to communicate important changes as soon as possible.
When submitting an enquiry or registration request, you agree to provide complete, accurate and current information.
The Academy may ask for additional information in order to assess a learner’s level, confirm eligibility, organize classes or communicate with a parent or guardian. You must promptly update the Academy if your contact details or relevant registration information changes.
For students under the legal age of majority, a parent or legal guardian must complete or approve registration and accept any required course, payment and attendance obligations.
Course fees, registration fees, deposits and payment deadlines will be communicated before enrolment is confirmed.
Unless the Academy confirms otherwise in writing:
Fees must be paid by the stated deadline.
A place may not be reserved until the required payment or deposit has been received.
Late or incomplete payment may result in a delayed registration, suspension from classes or cancellation of the booking.
Any bank, payment-provider or transfer fees are the responsibility of the payer unless stated otherwise.
Fees may change for future courses, but a confirmed price will not normally change for a course already booked, except where permitted by applicable law or agreed with you.
The exact cancellation, withdrawal and refund conditions for each course will be communicated during registration and form part of the enrolment agreement.
Unless a separate written policy applies:
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to info@hoffmann-santikova.com.
A refund is not guaranteed after a course has begun.
The Academy may retain a reasonable amount for registration, administration, materials, classes already delivered or other non-recoverable costs.
If the Academy cancels a course before it begins and cannot offer a reasonable alternative, the Academy will normally offer a refund of amounts paid for that cancelled course or a credit toward a future course.
Missing a class because of personal circumstances does not automatically give the student a right to a refund, credit or replacement lesson.
This section does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Students, parents, guardians and visitors must behave respectfully toward teachers, staff and other students. The Academy does not tolerate harassment, discrimination, intimidation, violence, repeated disruption, damage to property, cheating or any conduct that creates an unsafe or unsuitable learning environment.
Students must follow reasonable Academy rules, safety instructions and classroom guidance.
The Academy may take appropriate action, including issuing a warning, contacting a parent or guardian, removing a participant from a session, suspending attendance or ending enrolment, where behaviour breaches these rules. Refunds in these circumstances are at the Academy’s discretion, subject to applicable law.
The Academy aims to provide high-quality educational support. However, learning outcomes depend on many factors, including attendance, participation, prior knowledge, personal effort and practice outside class.
The Academy does not guarantee a specific language level, school grade, examination result, visa outcome, employment outcome or other individual result.
